Six steps, start to finish. Begin with an email address and fill in the rest as you go.

Step by step

1. Start with your email
Enter your email address and we send you a six-digit code. Type it in and you are through. If you have never used EasyResumption, that same code makes your account - there is no separate sign-up. No app to install, no password to remember or reset.
2. Add your child
Pick your child's school and class, then enter their name. Add as many children as you have, at as many schools as you need. From here on you see only the list for the class you picked.
3. Open the class list
The school publishes a list for each class: textbooks, exercise books and provisions, priced already. We tick the required items for you and leave the optional ones to you. You copy nothing off a printed sheet.
4. Pay the way your school allows
Each school switches on its own payment methods: bank transfer, card, or cash at the school counter. If you transfer, you upload the proof and the school's admin confirms it. Termly school fees sit in the same place, so one sitting settles both.
5. Choose delivery or pickup
Where the school delivers, you enter the address once and we keep it for next term. Otherwise you collect from the school bookstore, and you still skip the queue because staff pack the order before you arrive.
6. Track it and keep the receipt
Your order moves from paid, to packed, to handed over, and your phone shows you the stage it has reached. Every paid order keeps a receipt you can open again at any time.

That is the whole list. No forms to print, no trip to the school, no account number to remember.

An email address. You sign in with it, and your receipts go to it.
Your child's school and class for the coming term.
A phone or WhatsApp number, so the bookstore can reach you about the handover.

My school isn't on the list.
Then nobody has set it up yet. We onboard schools for free, most of them within a few hours. Send your school admin the invite at the bottom of this page.
Can I pay for more than one child at once?
You order each child's list on its own, so the bookstore gets one packing list per child and nothing gets mixed up at handover. Place them back to back in one sitting.
What if something on the list is out of stock?
The rest of the order carries on and the school holds the missing title as a backorder. It shows up in their reorder list, and your order status keeps it marked outstanding.
I picked the wrong class.
Change the class on your child in the Children section, and the list updates to match.
Do you keep my card details?
No. Card payments go through the payment provider your school set up, and we never see or store the card.
Does the school see everything I do?
The school's admin sees your order, what you paid, and where to deliver it. Bookstore staff packing the order see the items and the handover details, not prices or payment information.
